ILO Academy Bilingual Preschool- Tan Phu Campus
Introduction
In Finnish, “ILO” means happiness.
And this joy in learning and passion for growth is the core value of Finnish Education—an education system that ranks top in Europe and is recognized and admired worldwide.
What makes Finnish Education special is that children are not subjected to heavy pressure from academics, exams, and homework. Instead, they are free to learn comfortably, play, and participate in a variety of diverse activities to holistically develop their skills and knowledge. Therefore, Finnish Education is also known as “Happy Education”.
We believe that Vietnamese children also deserve to be this happy in school. With a deep understanding of a parent's heart, and by building on the foundation of the Vietnamese Early Childhood Curriculum combined with the essence of Finnish Education from our partner Kipina (Finland), ILO Academy was founded with the mission of giving millions of Vietnamese children the best possible start in life.

Strengths
ILO Academy Bilingual Preschool combines the essence of Finnish education and the Vietnamese early childhood curriculum, in collaboration with our partner Kipina, to develop a curriculum based on the Finnish educational framework. This is complemented by a wealth of play-based learning resources from ILA, developed over many years of research with Vietnamese children. Here, we emphasize nurturing a child's character and spirit with the desire to inspire a lifelong passion for learning.
After their time at ILO Academy, parents can observe their child's development in 6 key areas, as well as their ability to apply essential 21st-century soft skills (the 4Cs principle set out by the World Economic Forum: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, and Collaboration).
In this way, we provide ILO children with a “Smart Education 5.0” by focusing not only on developing IQ but also on other indexes such as SQ (Social Quotient), EQ (Emotional Quotient), and CQ (Creativity Quotient). This helps them build a solid foundation on the cusp of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
